The articles of association

FFIL ŚNIEŻKA SA operates on the basis of the Articles of Association. The Articles of Association is available on the Company’s website. Any amendments to the Articles of Association require a consent of the Shareholder Meeting and the entry into the Register of Entrepreneurs in the National Court Register.
